丁寧な断り例文 Re: our Products on your website We hope that this letter will be taken in the friendliest possible way. We have noticed that you have been selling our Products on your website (www.nagamitsu.com) to Japanese consumers. As you may not have been aware, we have an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement with a company in Japan who have sole rights to sell our Products in Japan. The fact that you have been selling our Products to the Japanese market as well means that this breaches the Distributorship Agreement we have with our Japanese Distributor. We were previously unaware of the fact that you were selling our Products on-line. We had assumed that you were just selling Products in your shop on California Area in USA. Hence we wish you to please voluntarily agree to stop selling our Products on your website, and advise us of your intention to do so as soon as possible. We are writing to you because we do still want to continue doing business with your company; however, we must agree upon the fact that you are no longer going to sell our Products on your website. We look forward to your letter of acknowledgement in the near future. Yours sincerely |
